Classes Led:
What drew you to coaching, and what led you specifically to contrast therapy and breathwork?
I have always made health & wellness a primary focus in my life. Over time, I knew I wanted to give back and contribute to others. Although I believeI am a student of life, my desire is to share what I know with others so they can experience the changes thatcontrast therapy can offer them as well.
What's one misconception people have about cold plunging or sauna sessions that you’d like to correct?
People may feel intimidatedby contrast therapy, but the beauty of having coaches, is that we can provide you tools to use on your own, as well as guided classes.
What's a moment with a client that's stuck with you — or a visible before/after in how they showed up?
My favorite moments are with clients during the cold plunge or during the closing portion of the guide experience. I can see the shift from when they first entered Tevah, to when they're going to leave my class. It's a beautiful sight.
What would you say to someone who's curious but intimidated to try their first session?
Come for a guided session and let a coach know you’re new to the experience. We will be happy to share tips and tricks on how to further enjoy the experience.
What makes the Tevah community different from other studios or gyms you've worked at?
Everyone in the Tevah community has a purpose, and desire tohelp others.
What's your favorite part of a typical day coaching at Tevah?
I love chatting with all the guests, and learning more about them.
Finish the sentence: "You'll know Tevah is working for you when..."
You accept the precious moments of stillness, to pause for transformation.
