What temperature are your cold plunges?

We have 3 cold plunge pools set at different temperatures to accommodate all experience levels (+/- 1°C):

4°C
8°C
12°C

On occasion, we add ice for the most adept plungers.

What do I need to bring?

To enjoy your experience, please bring

Swim attire
Indoor sandals
A water bottle
An open heart

We'll provide towels for you to use throughout your time with us.

I forgot indoor sandals. Do you provide any?

Yes — we offer indoor sandals for purchase at $15

How should I prepare for my experience?

Hydrate well
Your body will thank you during both heat and cold.

Nourish yourself beforehand
A light meal helps stabilize your system.

Move with intention
Transition gently in the sauna and when emerging from the cold.

Listen to your body
If you feel lightheaded, take a pause in the lounge and recalibrate.

Keep it clean + calm
No outside shoes beyond the alcove. Indoor sandals required.

Stay awake + grounded
If you feel overwhelmed, let our coaches know — we’re here for you.

No alcohol before or during your session
Clarity creates a safer, more transformative experience.

Respect the space + each other
This is a shared circuit — move mindfully so everyone can enjoy the flow.

Is there parking available?

There is paid street parking, underground paid parking at Parq Casino and the Arc. Alongside Marinaside Crescent is free 2-hour parking. To help you settle into the experience, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early.

Note: For the flow and safety of all guests, late entry for guided classes is not permitted.
