How it works
14 credits for 14 days
Come often, gently, and without pressure to perform.
There is no required frequency, only the invitation to return while the body is learning.
At the end of the two weeks, you simply decide what feels right. If you choose to continue, the value of your 14-Day Rhythm can be applied toward your first month of membership so your progress can carry forward.
If not, you’ve still given your body time to reset and experience the change. You can decide about membership after. For now, this is simply continuing what you’ve started.
