Role Summary
As the Team Lead for Front of House at Tevah Wellness, you will act as the shift manager, overseeing front-of-house operations and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will lead and support the front-of-house staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service in line with our core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Leadership: Act as the manager on duty during your shift, overseeing front-of-house operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support front-of-house staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to Tevah Wellness standards.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient operation of front-of-house activities, including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and payment processing.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new front-of-house staff and provide ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Facility Management: Ensure the front-of-house area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the shift, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the operations manager and other departments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to lead by example.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
