What to expect
Free Flow
Drop in on your schedule. Move through the sauna, cold plunge, and lounge at your own pace — guided by our temperature and timing protocols.
Guided Classes
Led by expert instructors, our 60–75 minute sessions combine breathwork, heat, and cold exposure in a structured sequence designed for athletic recovery.



Sauna
Our 725 sqft red cedar sauna accommodates up to 60 people comfortably providing gentle heat and steady warmth for you to soften, release, and slow down. With consistent sauna exposure, experience detoxification, increased circulation, stress reduction and improved skin health.


Cold Plunge
Three submerged pools at 4°C, 8°C, and 12°C allow all experience levels to receive optimal health benefits of cold immersion. On occasion, we add ice for the most adept plungers. Between 30 seconds to 5 minutes of plunging, you'll experience awakened senses and sharpened focus. You can expect muscle recovery, boosted immunity, increased metabolism and improved mental health.


Lounge
Whether you're taking a moment for yourself with a cup of tea or connecting with friends over your experience, the lounge gives space to settle your senses before, during and after your practice
