Loved by first-timers and athletes alike.
“Tevah has become one of my go-to recovery spots, especially after a hard workout or a long run. It feels quiet and focused, which makes it easy to shift out of training mode and into recovery.”
“I did a lymphatic drainage class with Natalia and loved her guidance — she helped me brave the cold plunge, which I’ve never been able to do before. I left feeling rejuvenated.”
“A spacious, beautifully designed and immaculately clean space… We loved that they have 3 different temperature cold plunge pools because my husband is new to cold dipping.”
“I didn’t think I would last in the sauna or the ice bath, but with her breathing cues I got the most out of my session. I left feeling like a brand new person — and I’ll be adding this to my routine to recover and perform better.”
“I never used to enjoy saunas or cold plunges, but this place completely changed that for me. Now I actually look forward to every session — I always leave feeling so much better than when I walked in.”

Who is the intro offer for?
First-time guests only. Each guest can buy one intro offer — either 2 weeks unlimited or 5 credits. Been before? See our memberships and class packs instead.
Which intro should I choose?
If you can come 3+ times a week, 2 weeks unlimited gets you the most visits. Prefer once or twice a week? 5 credits gives you a full month.
I’ve never done a cold plunge — is that okay?
Absolutely — most of our intro guests are first-timers. A coach walks you through it, and with pools at 12°, 8° and 4°C you can start gently. Even 30 seconds counts.
How long is a session?
Plan for up to 90 minutes. Guided classes run 50 minutes, and you’re welcome to stay and use the space afterwards.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, indoor sandals and a water bottle. Towels, lockers and a rinse room are provided — sandals are available for purchase at the front desk.
How early should I arrive?
15 minutes before your session for check-in, waiver and your walkthrough. Late entry isn’t permitted for guided classes.
What happens after my intro?
Switch to a monthly membership any time — talk to a team member to assess which membership suits you best.
Is there parking nearby?
Paid street parking, underground parking at One Pacific, Parq and The Arc, plus free 2-hour parking along Marinaside Crescent.
